The ethnically diverse band unites Roma and non-Roma musicians from Romania, a country with a rich, multicultural history that is clearly reflected in the repertoire. In IMPEX, members Andrei, Eugen, Jerry, Paul and Attila combine their experience from previous projects (including. <em>Steaua de mare<\/em>) and create something new from it: an uncompromisingly eclectic mix of contemporary classical music, rock, jazz, experimental and electronic music as well as Balkan and Arabic influences.<\/p>\n<p>On stage, everything is unpacked and recombined - spontaneously, intensively and across genres.
