Mrs Wool and Mr Ball

It's Mrs Wool's birthday, she's very excited and looking forward to her present from Mr Knäuel. I wonder what nice present he has packed for her? One thing is clear to Mrs Wolle: Mr Knäuel has certainly come up with something great. An extraordinary birthday party begins, with lots of enchanting woollen threads and lovingly wrapped balls of wool.

This innovative theatre piece lives from little text, sounds, feelings and music. What makes it special is that the children are invited to come on stage at the end of the play. In the so-called "epilogue", they can gain their own haptic experience with the material wool.

The content:
This is not traditional children's theatre, which thrives on language, dramaturgy and physical performance. Material and spatial effects take centre stage. During the rehearsal process, research findings from the real lives of young children were incorporated.
