Literary nightcap - Murder at the Danube Festival

07/07, 22:30 - 23:00

Authors from Ulm and the surrounding area read from their own works

To round off the Danube Day, there will once again be the tried-and-tested nightcap readings in cooperation with the Künstlerhaus Ulm. Authors from Ulm and the surrounding area will read from their own works for half an hour on five evenings. The theme will be escape from time, escape to the future and, of course, the Danube and its waters. After the readings, the evenings will end with a cosy nightcap atmosphere.

Helmut Gotschy reads from his Swabian crime thriller of the same name
The Ulm Danube Festival becomes a stage for human abysses. Ten days, one festival and one murder. The Danube Festival is in full swing in Ulm. One cultural highlight follows the next until a barbecue stand operator is rescued from the Danube, killed by numerous stab wounds. Inspector Bitterle and his team from the Ulm homicide squad set out in search of the perpetrator, but they only have a few days to catch him - by then the festival will be over and the murderer may already be out of the picture ...
