Gewürztraminer - no Gypsy Jazz at all Since the album Tanzverbot, the crazy sextet has proven what is possible with Gypsy Jazz as a starting point. After 8 years of playing through the diverse world of Django standards in various line-ups, the band has been doing away with the cliché of guitar jazz for two years now. Viennese-German lyrics spiced up with a lot of multi-faceted humour and linguistic wit. The music has developed into a firework display of virtuoso guitar melodies and danceable, pulsating beats with bass and drums, which makes no secret of the various interests of the band members.
