International Danube Youth Camp "Europe is us"

08/07, 14:00 - 16:30

Presentation of the results of the Don@u-online project 2024 "Brave new world - How AI is changing Europe"

Young people have to situate themselves in the world, find a position for themselves and others. Their counterparts are other young people. Where can young people meet, be among themselves and without supervision, be loud and discuss their issues? Young people need free spaces and meeting places - only through contact with their peers and trying out new identities can they continue to grow. The international Danube Youth Camp aims to provide opportunities for young people to get to know other cultures, think about issues together and get creatively involved in group projects.

"You blur boundaries,

You live freedom together - not selfishly.

You are the foundation of Europe."

This is why young people from the Danube countries are meeting for the eighth time at the International Danube Youth Camp from 4 - 10 July 2024 in Ulm and Neu-Ulm. Young adults from Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine and Moldova will experience the colourful diversity of the Danube region in workshops and dedicate themselves to the exciting topic of "love". The young people will also discuss questions of communication and democracy and find answers to the question "Brave new world" in the presentation of the Don@u online project - How is artificial intelligence changing Europe?
