The Ulm-based pack of musicians swing out of the Tiki Bar straight onto the stage in a party frenzy, with driving rhythms and the sun in their luggage. On the microphones: Hans Francisco and Eric Rapton, who sweep the crowds away with their captivating German lyrics. With catchy riffs, creaking bass and plenty of thump on the drums, the band rolls out the funky-rocking carpet of sound for Hans and Eric, on which they let off steam until the air shimmers with heat. With the attitude of snotty street urchins, the pack mixes a genre cocktail of a hip-hop jam from the backyard with the Caribbean flair of a beach bar and a spicy pinch from the indie record shop around the corner.
