Today's artists at the Donau PopCamp 2022 have impressed us all so much that they will be playing a full concert this afternoon and in the evening. Marley Wildthing and Max & Katha
Marley Wildthing is a singer-songwriter from Lower Austria who regularly performs in Vienna and Prague. She was struck by a passion for music like lightning and taught herself to sing and play several instruments such as bass, Greek bouzouki, ukulele and piano in just a few years. At live performances, she uses her looper and various instruments to create multi-layered soundscapes of riffs, vocal harmonies and beats, entertaining her audience with her open and positive manner in between. Apart from her expressive deep voice and infectious optimism, Marley also stands out on stage with her blue-green hair and long, loose capes and dresses. Marley writes thoughtful lyrics about her own experiences and our interaction with each other and nature. She writes and produces her music, organic indie pop with folk elements, entirely herself.
