Sokoly

„Hej, Sokoly!“ is a Slovakian folk song that speaks of the singer's love for his homeland. It is therefore not surprising that the repertoire of SOKOLY combines folk songs from all over the world with different genres into a common melody. They began creating this distinctive style in Ondrej Kandráč's successful TV project „Everything I Like“, which has been broadcast by TV JOJ in Slovakia since 2017. All band members can look back on a long artistic career in various bands and projects. The musicians live out this versatility with playful skill and a good dash of creativity at Sokoly concerts.
What they have in common is a flair for folk art and inventiveness that characterises the SOKOLY group.
