Opening ceremony of the 14th International Danube Festival

As a prelude to this year's festival edition, the audience can expect a varied programme of music, talks and artistic contributions along the Danube. Among others, the Austrian formation „The Hawaras“, the artistic Theatre Irrwisch as well as a special German-Ukrainian performance by #OneVoice, a music project by the Sportfreunden Stiller.
In an interview, the two Lord Mayors Katrin Albsteiger and Martin Ansbacher provide insights into the importance of the Donaufest for the region. This year's Keynote speech by Martin Schulz, sheds light on European perspectives and the unifying character of the Danube.
The evening will be hosted by the Austrian author and artist Yasmo (Yasmin Hafedh).
