Flag run for the 14th International Danube Festival

Every two years, the International Danube Festival takes place for ten days on the banks of the Danube. The festival site is decorated each time with newly designed flags, which can be purchased after the festival. The flag run takes place on the Thursday before the opening. Volunteers meet at the Ulm Exhibition Centre, each person receives a flag and then they walk together along the Danube to the festival site, where the flags are assembled.

Who can participate:  Everyone is welcome to take part.

What is the procedure? Meeting point at the exhibition hall at 16:15, registration and short briefing, line-up per flag, all participants receive a drink token (for a non-alcoholic drink), which can be redeemed after the run, from 16:30 joint flag run along the Danube to the festival site, arrival at the festival site at around 17:30.
