Official opening ceremony for the 13th International Danube Festival

In addition to political guests of honour from the Danube countries, the renowned author Ilija Trojanow will also speak as keynote speaker on the topic of "the Danube as a European element that unites peoples" to set the mood for this year's festival edition. The opening will be accompanied by artistic contributions in different styles from the various Danube countries, a small taster of what guests can expect over the next 10 days.

This year's host will be the Weißenhorn cabaret artist and actress Kathi Wolf.

Admission is free and the opening is open to all
