Kick-off on the market site

To the sound of the Danube Festival fanfare, performed by eight trumpeters from the Junge Bläserphilharmonie Ulm, the Lord Mayor and Lord Mayoress of the cities of Neu-Ulm and Ulm welcome guests from near and far from a box in the middle of the Danube. The ceremony will be artistically accompanied by the participants of the Danube Youth Camp. Afterwards, the Danube Countries Market invites you to stroll, discover and enjoy. From the very beginning, all three Danube Festival stages offer a varied and lively programme.
