The Danube region at the turn of the century
Shaping the digital future along the Danube. Opening up new opportunities for SMEs and industry through collaboration.
The aim of the event is to promote international cooperation and explore opportunities for SMEs and other stakeholders in the Danube region with regard to digital transformation and technological innovation in a rapidly changing environment.
The event is intended to bring together company representatives, committed stakeholders, political decision-makers, experts and members of the PA 8 steering and working groups as well as project partners of Interreg projects from the Danube countries.
The agenda includes keynote speeches and panel discussions addressing the opportunities and challenges of digitalisation, AI and cyber security in companies. A networking lunch will provide a valuable opportunity for informal exchange, followed by the session „Insights: Regional AI Strategies and Use Cases“. This part of the programme will present perspectives from policy makers and executives from different Danube countries, creating a dynamic platform for policy dialogue. A highlight will be the closing keynote by Prof. Christian Stummeyer, one of Germany's leading experts on digitalisation and AI, who will provide insights into the benefits of AI for businesses and an outlook for the future.
