On foot/bicycle/local public transport/car

The easiest way to reach the festival site on the banks of the Danube is by public transport. Just a few minutes' walk from the banks of the Danube is the "Rathaus Ulm" bus stop, which is served by city bus routes 4, 5 and 6 as well as regional buses.

There are designated bicycle parking areas for cyclists on both the Ulm and Neu-Ulm sides. Please note that bicycles are not permitted on the festival grounds for safety reasons.

This way you can get to the festival site sustainably and without stress:

People with disabilities should be able to experience and access the Donaufest. That's why you can look forward to the following realisations at the Donaufest:

The festival grounds on the Ulm and Neu-Ulm sides are barrier-free.

Disabled toilets are available on both banks of the festival site. There is also a "toilet for all". These toilets not only offer space for wheelchair users but also allow adults to change nappies, for example, as there are loungers and similar facilities here. Here are the locations of the toilets.

The boat transfer by solar ferry and Zillentaxi is unfortunately not barrier-free.

General information on the subject of "barrier-free Ulm" can be found on the Ulm/Neu-Ulm Touristik website:

Barrier-free offer in Ulm and Neu-Ulm

Severely disabled persons can obtain reduced-price tickets for Donaufest events on presentation of a valid ID.
